Debra Mollé grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, and studied exercise science and communications at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois. Shortly after completing her studies, Debra was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had to undergo radical surgery at the young age of 25. She didn’t allow this health crisis to cause a setback in her career goals; instead, this event made her realize that the healthcare industry was her calling.

Debra made it her personal mission and passion to help others make impactful decisions to improve their quality of life. Over the past 26 years, Debra has enjoyed great success in leadership roles with The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Life Time Fitness, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, and Rush Copley Medical Center.
